成都永安集团创立于1990年，注册资金2亿元。是住建部核发的建筑施工总承包一级、市政公用工程总承包一级施工企业，同时具有省住建厅核发的建筑装修装饰/消防/防水/古建筑等八项专业承包一级资质以及省住建厅核发的地产开发二级资质企业，是四川天府新区重点企业之一。伴随着中国西部改革开放的机遇和通过自身的磨砺与成长，集团现已发展成为集地产开发、建筑、酒店运营、智慧物联网科技、物业服务为一体企业集团。

Chengdu Yongan Group was founded in 1990 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is one of the key enterprises in Tianfu New District of Sichuan Province. It is a first-level general contracting enterprise for construction and a first-level general contracting enterprise for municipal public works issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 旗下成都永慧房地产开发有限公司（前身为成都玉屏房地产开发有限公司，2016年5月更名）和四川天府永丰房地产开发有限公司分别成立于1998年和2021年，注册资金分别为2.15亿和1亿元，均为持有四川省住房和城乡建设厅核准的二级房地产开发公司。至今已开发28个地产项目，总开发面积达400多万平方米，自主开发的主要代表作有望江苑、南阳盛世、物联网产业园、秦皇帝锦、隆溪湖邸、盛世锦都和盛世名邸等开发项目。先后获得省市区主管部门颁发的50余项殊荣：四川省质监局、成都市房管局、原双流县中和镇党委、政府颁发的“无质量投诉单位”、“纳税百万企业”、“AAA信用等级”、“先进集体”、“园林式绿化单位”，2019年成都永慧房产开发有限公司荣获四川省首届“诚信百千”民营企业称号。2020年1月被成都市住宅与房地产协会评为“2019年度党建引领发展先进企业和投资发展标杆企业”等称号。

(formerly known as Chengdu Yuping Real Estate Development Co., LTD., renamed in May 2016) and Sichuan Tianfu Yongfeng Real Estate Development Co., LTD., were established in 1998 and 2021, with registered capital of 215 million and 100 million yuan respectively. All of them are secondary real estate development companies approved by Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. So far, it has developed 28 real estate projects, with a total development area of more than 4 million square meters, and the main self-developed representative projects include Wangjiang Garden, Nanyang Shengshi, Internet of Things Industrial Park, Qin Emperor Jin, Longxi Lake Mansion, Shengshi Jin Du and Shengshi Famous Mansion. 旗下成都永贞物业服务有限公司和成都安享物业服务有限公司分别成立于2013年8月和2022年9月均系永安集团控股子公司。 公司秉承 “服务至上、专业规范、创新发展”的经营理念，“志存高远、坚韧踏实”的独特气质，以“客户满意是唯一标准”为服务宗旨，在服务中充分体现人文关怀，以“至诚、至善、至精、至美”的服务理念为客户提供优质、人性化的服务，为业主提供温馨、全面、舒适的专业服务与物业管理，贯彻“科学服务、优质服务、持续创新、顾客满意”的质量方针以提升服务品质。目前，公司管理面积达90余万㎡。服务业绩主要以办公、住宅、工业地产、大型商业综合体、酒店等多种业态，主要管理项目有感知（成都）物联网产业园区，感知物联网西南智能产品城、天府新区博览城秦皇寺核心区星级酒店项目等。

2014年，永安集团又凭借天府新区“再造新成都”的战略规划，及企业自身优秀的管理能力、专业的市场运作和不断深化的品牌影响力，在天府新区核心斥巨资打造秦皇帝锦城市综合体，携手洲际酒店管理公司修建并经营管理秦皇假日酒店和自主修建并经营管理永安酒店/永安假日酒店，这标志着永安集团迈出了向酒店进军的步伐，2018年11月为丰富酒店层次，适应发展需要，集团又牵手万豪国际集团投资15亿为天府新区再添一座国际五星级酒店——成都天府万丽酒店，并于2019年7月正式开工修建。
